To bring Amazon’s Customer Trust initiative to life, we produced a multi-room immersive theatre experience in SoHo designed to educate audiences on online safety through live storytelling. A scripted narrative unfolded across five environments including an apartment, restaurant, office, bodega, and gala, each staged as a different fraud scenario. Guests moved through the experience in timed groups, gathering clues to identify the “fraudster” in each scene while actors performed continuously with choreographed movement, lighting cues, and live resets operating in sync.
The result was a visually striking, tightly orchestrated experience that transformed a complex topic into something engaging, memorable, and easy to understand.
